The Memorandum of Understanding is executed on the 23rd day of April, 2025, by and between Government Degree College, Banikhet, a public higher education institution affiliated with Himachal Pradesh University and located at Banikhet, District Chamba – 176303, and Himachal Pradesh University, Regional Centre Dharamshala, situated at Khanyara Road Mohli Lahrandi, Dharamshala, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh – 176218.
This MoU reflects the shared vision of both institutions to enhance academic quality, foster mutual cooperation, and promote innovation, skill-building, and holistic education.
